I firmly believe that understanding our origin stories is crucial for living a fulfilling life. Without exploring these stories, they can unconsciously shape our daily experiences, leading to feelings of anxiety, disconnection, sadness, or fear. Our childhood experiences of harm and heartache often hold the key to these emotions.

But here's the good news: every life can be understood and healed. With the storywork intensives, I provide a safe space for you to deep dive into your stories of heartache and trauma. By engaging with your stories, we can gain insights into your family of origin and how it impacts your current struggles to find freedom, joy, and connection, with yourself, God, and others.

The intensive formats are designed to help you quickly address and explore your core issues. However, please note that these intensives are not intended to replace regular therapeutic engagement. I strongly recommend having an after-care plan in place, and if you require a weekly therapist.

Group Intensive with Karrie

Some of the most profound healing occurs in community. These Storywork Group Intensives offer the opportunity to gather with others, collectively and individually exploring our stories. Each participant can share one story and receive engagement from me and the group. These three-day sessions take place on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday with limited spots for six people per group.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Engage one story shared twice with care from the group and myself

• Understand how your past story is affecting your present day life.

• A breaking of agreements or vows through a ritual to help free your heart from the destructive patterns that have been created.

• A group dedicated to hearing from God on your behalf and holding your story without judgment 
  

The cost is $1,398 per person. Group intensives are held in Chicago at my home or, if you have a local group, I can come to you.
